Weekdays can be so dreary but we have the perfect antidote: Amelia Liana's Instagram feed. While Amelia offers a combination of style and beauty tips on her Instagram stories, her feed features all of her latest adventures to some of the world's most picture-perfect destinations! Seriously, it's just the absolute dreamiest.

Let's face it, working out isn't the easiest activity to get started on, or even keep up with. However, the Tone It Up team Karena and Katrina make it so much simpler with quick workout videos that they share directly on to their Instagram and their constant inspo.
